This month’s discussion will focus on navigating new challenges and opportunities while managing doubt and fear. (Participants will receive an 11/17 inch copy of the poem, Beginning Again.)

Our monthly group uses bibliotherapy (reading material) as a springboard to learn coping skills and facilitate personal growth to get through tough times. We hope this discussion will start your New Year on a positive note.
